In the industry, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of LED tubes is usually set to 20%-30% (estimated), so the total thermal power consumption of the screen can be estimated as 70% of the total power consumption of the screen. The total thermal power consumption is deducted from the 6 outward-facing heat of the screen (about 20%), and the rest is the heat dissipation of the internal space of the screen, which accounts for about 50% of the total power consumption of the screen (to be exact, the total average Power consumption, because the display screen can't always be played on a full white screen, with light and dark).
If the average power consumption of an outdoor LED display is 450W/square (different products are different), the area is 50 square meters. Then the total average power consumption of the display screen is 22.5KW. According to the 50% conversion rate of heat power consumption, there is about 11KW heat generation inside the screen (the heat generated by sunlight is not taken into account).
However, at this time, the calculated heat value per unit time inside the screen cannot be directly used as a reference value for selecting the specifications and quantity of air conditioners. For example, 11KW divided by 6KW leads to the conclusion that two 2.5P air conditioners are required, because outdoor This factor is the structural characteristics of the LED display.
The internal width (channel width) of the outdoor LED display is generally between 0.8-1 meters, which is about 1/3 of the height of an ordinary residential room (2.8-3 meters), that is, the volume of the internal space of the display under the same area Only 1/3 of the volume of an ordinary residential room.
